Body Scrub for Winters!!!!
Winter are synonymous with dry, flaky and cracked skin. The best way to beat winters smoothly is to use almonds, not just eat them ;-) use them for your skin care as well.
Almonds have
high nutritional contents like vitamin E, magnesium, and strong monounsaturated
fats which are very nourishing to our body .Almond scrub
is the best way to keep your skin soft, supple and shining even in winters
Try this scrub
at home this winter to exfoliate and moisturize your skin and see the
difference.
WHAT YOU NEED :
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 5 tsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/3 cup of almonds (grind the almonds into a coarse meal just in the consistency of bath salt
Lets get started :-)
Gently mix
all the above ingredients together in a bowl and its ready to use :-)
After washing your skin with
soap, massage this
magical scrub onto your skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water not hot water, allowing the residual layer of
almond oil to remain on the skin. Pat dry and enjoy winters <3
