Its true, many of us struggle each night to get that elusive 8-hour beauty sleep. There could be many reasons for this; having an unpleasant argument with someone right before bed, a stressful day at work, not getting enough physical activity during the day, watching something thought provoking before bed and the list the goes on.
To be truly healthy & happy you ought to give your body enough rest and that is a fact known to all. I am sure most of you over a period of time have attempted various "things" to get good sleep.
What I found particularly helpful and have been doing for the past month or so is to unwind at night by getting off social media (what?? I know!!) and watching TV (nothing too heavy or scary) whilst indulging in some serious skin TLC.
