This winter orange and black have been touted as two of the hottest shades! And the pair of them together is even hotter; if you gotta make a statement with just colors, there is no better combination.
My orange tunic/ shift dress/kurti is a summer staple made out of thin cotton. And that simply makes it a great tool for layering! Layering is probably the best styling trick- it adds a whole new dimension to your outfit, hides what you need to hide and last but not the least keeps you warm ;)
To this outfit I have simply added a black jacket which is almost the same length as my tunic. Of course, a thin black belt on my waist goes a long way. You can also add skin colored or black tights/stockings, depending on how cold it gets. Accessories, shoes and bag have all been kept black to not lose focus.
This quirky bicycle print tunic is from Buzzaria, which also happens to be one of our favorite stores! Clothes, accessories, bags and home decor items - they have it all under one roof. And their collection is to die for!!
Hopefully this post will give you some ideas on how to make the most of seasonal clothing and how you can work the most "summery" items for fall or winter time.
